The company attches great importance to staff training &development. There are formal regulations and principles for this,and has established all sorts of training process likes new emplouee training, on-job training , professional technique training, language &skills training, etc. In the meantime we also thinks that the training for managing ability and communication skill is quite essential.Through our monthly,and half-year senior management meeting,periodical staff meeting and various team work spirit activities, an all-round training system will be formed gradually.

HRM PLAN
  1. Set up and standardize HRM systems, control strictly the quantity but promote the quality of staff.
  2. Recruit high calibre technique,marketing& management personnels;
  3. Establish three professional talents teams of engineering,management and marketing
  4. Enhance the current staff¨s training programe, set up individual career path, foster the united company culture and promote staff¨s loyalty and proudness of IGC;
  5. Establish scientific C&B regulation, ecouraging & punishing system according to the performance in a medium-long period, combine the individual benefit to the company¨s development,and finally build up a stable key staff team.
