The MICROSCAN is a single spindle vertical scanning system for hardening and or tempering a wide variety of parts. The MICROSCAN system features a built-in solid state power supply with heat station,numerically controlled scanner, machine control, and re-circulating quench system. This unitized construction reduces floor space 50~80%. A user friendly keyboard on the MICROSCAN provides quick set-up,changeover and diagnostics capability. To simplify set-up, upper tooling centers can be adjusted without tools. A selection of standard quick-change inductor mountings are also available to minimize changeover time.
