The loading buckets for a round top charge furnace can be filled ¡°off line¡± while the furnace is melting and the full buckets are available immediately the furnace requires loading. A maximum of 5 minutes a bucket- 3 buckets normally required ¨C is all that is required for a full load.
 Maintenance for Round Top Charge melting furnaces is rare and the refractory materials last for long usage. Round hearth doesn¡¯t have ¡°dead corners¡± like that in rectangle hearth, the melting aluminum gets heat evenly. Round Top Charge melting furnaces melt rates exceed 15-27t/h using only 500kCal/kg.
